NEO-PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE

Neo-Professional Development Institute(NPDI) was established to provide high-level professional development, training & coaching services in Namibia, thereby contributing to the shared responsibility of narrowing the gap between graduation and employment. At NPDI, we strive to develop skills and competencies needed in the 21st century, particularly ensuring that our patrons have the digital literacy skills required in their discipline, profession or career – or to put it simply……to be employable. Neo-Professional Development Institute is committed to contribute to the practical and soft skills shortage, through its well-designed academic programmes, short courses and professional services. NPDI acts as a local agent to bring internationally accredited academic programmes to the Namibian market. Some of the programmes offered, are ranging from Certificates through to PhD programmes in various disciplines, mostly focusing on Leadership, Finance and Cyber Security. All qualifications are conferred by our international accredited partners. Short courses are current and delivered by well qualified and experienced industry experts.

The strategic objectives of NEO-Professional Development Institute are to:

  • Contribute to the up-skilling of the Namibian workforce considering the development strategies of NDP5 and Harambee;
  • Provide opportunities to its patrons to develop sound leadership skills to excel in leadership positions while continuing with their careers;
  • Collaborate with established accredited national and international organisations to offer their programs either purely online or as blended courses;
  • Provide a customer centric service approach to its patrons, fulfilling their highest expectations – considering best practice in all aspects of training;
